Writing is important in so many careers, including the one I hope to take.  Executive directors will, of course, need writing.  They write so many things down, such as business plans.  Also, when making business partners or finding employees, they need to be able to write about their business in an appealing way.  Although people don't automatically think of writing when it comes to business, it is a key ingredient of a good executive director.
